Here's a product my friend Debra ran into at Costco in IA...
Uncooked Corn Tortillas

Al,
Wow, I haven't seen the uncooked corn tortillas at our Costco, just the flour so far. I'll ask the people up front if they can get it.
Manda,
I can't wait for my food choices to open up. After a year I'm still so sensitive to any fruit/veggie/etc with a decent fiber content it's sad. A touch of gluten sends me to the couch for days, and now apparently gives me a terrible rash and makes me bleed like crazy.
Sassysam,
I'll check out the site, thanks! _________________ ~Rhonda |

I have used Maseca brand masa and did not have any reactions to it. But it's been a few years since I've cooked with it.
Is cross contamination a common thing for corn flour? _________________ GF since 1996. |
