One simple question...since they're interested in offering GF food is it safe to assume they do not toast the buns on the same grill with the burgers?

From what I could see in the open kitchen, the buns didn't touch the grill. My burger went straight from the grill to a piece of foil, and the toppings were their own station. Ditto for the fries. Everything was very well organized.

I ate here last week. Amazing!!!! I didn't get sick. Usually when I go out I get a lot of questions because of what I order and how I order. Not here though, they made my food and didn't ask a thing. It was a great experience to not have to explain.

Just keep an eye on the kitchen. I love Five Guys, but the last time I went, I saw the cook place buns on the foil, then another one came over, gave him a dirty look, removed the buns, then proceeded to place our burgers on the same foil. I had to ask them to do them over, ugh.
