Restaurants in Canada that are GF friendly...

In Quebec Boston Pizza has been amazing with a binder that outlines all ingredients in each item that they serve. They also educate their staff as well. Another great restaurant is Zen Asia in St.Lambert is amazing. They serve different spring rolls that are not fried and wrapped in rice paper. They even have wheat free soy sauce and make all of their sauces on site. Their peanut sauce is amazing.

In Ottawa, Milestones is to die for. The manager was so wonderful he came to the table to ensure I was getting a meal that would suit my dietary needs. They were understanding and substitutions did NOT cost extra unlike many restaurants.
Mongolian Grill was also very understanding and even prepared rice noodles for my meal (the others had a selection from the buffet). The amount of CC was limited for a buffet style restaurant and they had two or three selections of sauces that were safe.
