Tonight was penne with homemade red sauce ("gravy" to any of the Italians in the forum) and meatballs. In summer, I saute zucchini and crookneck squash until crisp-tender and we mix it with our pasta before we add the sauce. It makes it stretch a bit further and I feel better knowing my children are eating healthier with the veggies in there!

I ate a few bites and said I felt stuffed, so my son offered to eat my "seconds" for me. I'm too pregnant to eat seconds - I can't even finish my "firsts" - groan!!! Rolling Eyes

Corn tortillas filled with hummus, slow cooked shredded chicken, roasted tomatoes, cauliflower, currents and spices.

Fortunately (or unfortunately), since I am tall (5 10), the baby has plenty of room and I can eat all I want. Last night we had pizza. Mine was on a Gillian's crust with mushrooms and pepperoni. Yummy yummy yummy. I am someone who never gets tired of pizza. My husband had a frozen Trader Joe's pizza. (I cooked mine before he even got home...) I had heartburn, but it was well worth it!

Last night we had pork chops...I started by sauteing (how do you spell that?) onions, garlic and mushrooms and when they were soft, I added the pork chops and salt and pepper and cooked until done then added corn starch and water to make a gravy...they were very good and yummy....then I made corn bread and added corn and green chiles and instead of cooking them in muffin cups, I cut red bell peppers in half and used them as the muffin cups....they turned out really pretty and tasted good also...with this I served fresh green beans...If I were making this for someone with no milk allergies, then I would have added cheese to the corn bread prior to baking to make it extra good...it was a pretty meal and I was going to take a pic, but forgot until we had eaten all of it...lol...it seems like everyone is always starving to death and I can't get food on the table fast enough Rolling Eyes

I might have to try making pizza.

I'm normally too lazy. I melt mozzarella on top of corn chips, dip them in spaghetti sauce and call it good enough. Laughing

Shrimp risotto was okay, but I've been feeling like I'm about to puke for the last several days so that ruins pretty much everything. I think I'm going to have to stick to sour cream baked potatoes for the next week.

Last night was meatloaf, baked potatoes with fixings and steamed broccoli. Homemade blackberry pie a la mode for dessert.

Last night was cereal. I didn't really get off my butt all day, so I wasn't hungry. Wink

Tonight is Mrs. Leeper's. Tomorrow is Godfather's. soexcitedyouhavenoidea

Tilapia, avocado, and cucumber sushi or tuna and cucumber last night. Was really good. If you have not tried putting a little sliver of cucumber in there before you really should.

Tonight was leftovers. I also had leftover sushi for breakfast. I love sushi. Laughing

Please let us know how it is!

Last night we had steak and cheesy green beans. Tonight, protein shake. We have dance, football and open house...all in the same night and about the same time! Wish I could be in 2 places at once! Cool

Last night I had 3 peanut butter cookies with milk. There is a reason I don't make these often! I just can't function if I know they are in the house! Laughing Laughing

Thankfully it doesn't make many. I also put 9 of them in the freezer, 3 each in individual bags. Had to get them away from me as an option!

Pad Thai night before last. LOVE pad thai, am tired of paying $2 for a little jar of sauce so I am going to buy tamarind juice and some canning jars to make my own.

Last night, mac and cheese. Kraft cheese packet and Tinky noodles. Reminded me of the delicious nastiness of my youth.
