Now that I feel so much better, I want to start exercising again. I'm going to do Debbie Siebers' Slim in 6 (sorta boring but very effective), Slim & Lean with Jari Love, and 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels). The last two are new, so I'm excited to try them!
