I have found those pre-printed restaurant cards for gluten to be really helpful, but I'm dealing with other allergies and sensitivities as well. Does anybody have a source on cards that address multiple allergies?

I am a graphic artist and was going to make one up, but I thought I'd check to see if there was already something out there. I had in mind a tri-fold, perhaps with one flap that you could check boxes on your specific concerns.
I thought I'd include these
gluten
dairy
soy
corn
eggs
nuts
chicken
beef
pork
shellfish
finned fish
nightshades
sulfites
nitrates

any other suggestions?

I see that this post has had lots of views but no replies. I did find lots of allergy cards that you could order, but none of them quite met my needs. My original idea of trying to include all those allergens was too hard to read, so I ended up doing a less generic one that has my allergies.

So if your allergies include gluten, dairy, egg, chicken, sulfites, nitrates, and MSG, you are welcome to have a copy. It's in Wordperfect format, just email or PM me and I'll get you a copy.

I think that's the problem, describing all possible allergens and where to find them would make the cards way too big.

Restaurant kitchens are crazy busy places. You want something simple and quick to read, no excess information or fine print
