I found some new recipie books, one is called cooking with coconut flour and the other one is The coconut lovers cookbook.I know a lady that uses the last one for every meal and just loves it. They sound pretty promising. all gluton free, the flour book is also yeast freenut, milk,soy free. and it great for the glycemic index. You might want to check it out. Carey
