| Hi there, First time chiming in here, though I have been reading this forum for a couple of months. Diagnosed with gluten intolerance 10 weeks ago, after 30 day gluten elimination diet. This forum and its participaints have been extremely helpful negotiating the twists and turns of this diet. I found many of the foods I used to eat, were full of hidden gluten. Thank you all very much, for the first time in 17 years my stomach doesn't hurt. donald. |

Hey Donald!
Cool! Another guy! Maybe I won't feel so out numbered and dominated here. Hehehehee
Welcome to the board! Glad to hear we could help you thru this. Wow - after 17 years, it must feel pretty good not to be in pain. Keep up the good work!!
Now that you've stepped out of the shadows of lurkdom, you can add to fun around here _________________ Al

| Man it feels great!!! Not only does my stomach not hurt, but the host of other odd symptoms have either vanished or at least eased off some. My doc offered blood work, if I want to go back on gluten for a couple of months, but I feel so much beeter I just can't do that to myself. |

I suspect you will keep noticing improvements for some time to come. Heck, I suspect you'll notice things that weren't even aware of. These things will come out of the blue..."hey, I do/don't have _______ any more".
Well done! _________________ Al
