I am trying to find a recipe for bread which I can use, so far I have managed to find one ready made type here in England but it is really expensive (£3.50-£4.00) and I would prefer fresh baked anyway.
As far as bread goes I am intolerant to Gluten, wheat, buckwheat, millet, corn and eggs, so it means I can't use any of the ready blends we have over here.
I'm sure I saw a recipe for Irish Soda bread but I just can't find it anywhere now.
I'd really appreciate it if you guys could give me some ideas

Are you looking for a yeast bread or a quick bread? There are lots of TNT recipes over in our bread recipe section. I have not tried it, but there is a recipe for GF Irish Soda Bread on the Bob's Red Mill site. _________________ -Colleen

You might be able to bake a yeast bread using FLAX meal as a substitute for the eggs.
There is a bread recipe over in the bread section that I have posted MrsP and Jcc favorite bread or somthing like that title. If you can't find it, send me a PM and I will copy and send it to you. (I would suggest making it up in a 1/2 recipe so that you do not 'waste' any ingredients trying it with the flax.
It is a good recipe, but you will have to convert the measurements to metric. _________________
