The whole place is gluten free, except for optional sandwich buns (baked & sliced off-site & confined to a special prep area. Gluten free bread available for all sandwiches.) If you have multiple food allergies, you are in for a treat as well. Every menu option is clearly labeled for allergen appropriateness... Including vegetarian & vegan entrees. & it's delicious!
