i'll be starting an elimination diet within the next week or two. i'm wondering where to start, what to eat...fruits and veggies of course, but:
-what else can i eat?
-how long should i eat these things until i start adding things back into my diet? one thing at a time, i know..should i wait a week (or how long) between introducing different foods?
-what should i introduce first? dairy, gluten, etc.? should i introduce what i think to be the main "culprit" first?
what did you do?? thanks!!!! _________________ ladies don't start fights, but they finish them. |

-also, i've googled "elimination diet" and other variations, and it doesn't give a clear outline or list. _________________ ladies don't start fights, but they finish them. |

I'm acquainted with some people who have used this one to figure out food sensitivities, etc
http://www.drcranton.com/elimination_diet.htm
I have not used it myself but it looks pretty thorough... _________________ son - high ttg - 4/09, pos. biopsy 5/09
