Corn is definitely the problem. Sad

Last night I gave in and ate a hotdog with some corn syrup in it, today my stomach feels awful and I'm generally miserable. At least I know what the problem is now, and I've just ordered Ener-G light tapioca loaves from Amazon so at least I'll be able to have some corn free bread that's light and delicious. Between that and trader joe's corn free hotdogs that I will now buy I think I will be able to survive.

The up side of all of this is that it'll be pretty much impossible for me to get fat on a diet of veggies, rice, and mostly chicken breasts for meat. Laughing

Can you eat Chebe bread? It's the only GF bread that works for me. I agree, corn is Evil or Very Mad

I have not tried Chebe. One of the things I like about Ener-G is that it's so light and fluffy, I am skeptical anything I bake myself could be that good. Laughing It's also cut into thin slices and I'm not sure I'd be able to cut GF bread that thin. Maybe after I eat the 6 loaves I just ordered from Amazon I will try Chebe next. I have to admit, not having to bake it is nice. I have been working late and it will only get worse until June, so convenience is good right now. I'm trying to get grad school stuff done, tutoring 20+ hours a week, and get the house ready to sell. Shocked
