Nance, I'm sorry that you have the need to go see him. On the other hand, it'll be good in that you might get some answers to your on going issues.

We will be impatiently waiting to hear how your visit goes. Please tell him we are BIG Fans and appreciate his "lone ranger" fight in NCGS and CD. TG for Dr. Lewey and his ilk!!

Still thinking about your request....

Thanks Al. I will certainly be passing along our praise and thanks, and reporting back on my experience. I am actually very psyched to meet with him in person and get some professional support.

I'm pretty sure dairy, milk in particular, is part or most of my problem. I have had huge relief in the last week cutting out dairy. Smile Frankly the possibility of going DF is even more depressing than having to cut out gluten.

While the GF journey is challenging and I am more than willing to live this way, I don't want to cut out another food group based on my own judgment and without professional assistance, especially if there is something else going on.

I've ventured into the DF world. You are correct, DF is much harder than GF. Is it do-able? You bet. It's just harder. Finding a good replacement for cheese isn't easy Sad Wink

Good luck!!
