I ate at P.F. Chang's recently. I ordered the GF salmon dish, and it was delicious. I love mushrooms, bok choy and asparagus! I checked with the server, and the brown rice is GF. However, the GF chocolate dessert is NOT dairy free. Sad

My server was very nice, but he made one mistake. At the table, he mixed up a sauce and offered it to me, too. The sauce contained the regular soy sauce. I quietly reminded him that I could not have it, because it was not the GF soy sauce. He apologized and told me he forgot, and that I was correct. Otherwise, it was a great experience. It's quite noisy in the restaurant! I'm glad that I purposely sat towards the outside of our booth, so that I didn't have to yell out my concerns about cross contamination, etc. Smile Embarassed

DH and I went with another couple who know about my dietary issues now. I purchased a GF restaurant guide, because DH and I usually go out with these friends once a month. I HATE feeling like I'm so high maintenance! *sigh* Oh, and I felt great after my meal. I have very noticeable reactions to gluten and dairy, so it's easy for me to tell if there is a problem.

They do this all the time to me as well. Usually they then ask if I want some GF soy sauce. I wouldn't worry about it.

What Os said - my experience has been similar as well, and knock on wood, the food itself has not given me any problems once it arrives from the kitchen.
