| my wife, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law have celiac. the availabity of "regular" food is minimal, and the cost is usually very high. i'm thinking about producing gluten free frozen ravioli (cheese, lobster, mushroom, etc.), pot pies (individual and family), and perhaps frozen pizzas at reasonable prices. any advice or comments? i think there would be a substantial demand for these products, based on my research. |

Hi Joe,
Welcome to the board!
There's ALWAYS room for good GF food options - specially at reasonable prices!
I think a key for many, is producing this in a dedicated facility. If not dedicated, do testing of finished product and get certified from http://www.gfco.org
What do you classify as "regular" food?
Looking forward to hearing more. _________________ Al
