I've already found a couple of links that discuss restaurants with GF options. Santa Cruz is near San Francisco, and there were so many GF options there I was in heaven!

And they need to stop hogging all the Vespas and Prius's. Anywho, the only food problem I had was at Rainforest Cafe, who apparently doesn't believe in a unified menu. Once I saw that nearly every bit of food was breaded I ordered a salad. I asked the waiter to keep any sort of bread products away. Plate came out with a big old hunk of bread anyway. As for Rainforest Cafe, I haven't been there since before going GF, so I'm not sure...also, the ones by us have all closed shop, so there isn't one nearby anymore...sorry to hear you had such inattentive staff waiting on you! _________________ ~Torrey August 24, 1975 GF BD July 12, 2004
