I've seen recipes, (usually with pumpkin), where you mix the wet ingredients and just crumble a dry cake mix on top before baking. It's supposed to come out as a cobbler type thing. Does anyone know if a GF cake mix can be used the same way?? Any experiments/experiences/horror stories or warnings to share? _________________ The Love we withhold is the pain that we carry.

I used Pamela's Classic Vanilla Cake Mix for a pumpkin dump cake instead of pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving. The texture was a bit different than a cobbler but different isn't necessarily bad. I thought it was quite good! _________________ Sandi ~ learning to live in a world obsessed and infested with wheat.
