There's a brand of spices sold at Bi-Lo named "southern home", distributed by "foodhold usa, inc." and "s&s brands". Does anyone know if these are gluten free? i can't even seem to dig up a website for any of these names so that I might contact them directly. I'm hoping that someone here might know! That leaves barley, rye and oats. Here's what the Bi-Lo website says: Quote: Who makes the Southern Home Brand? The same suppliers that make the BI-LO brand also make the Southern Home items.
