Has anyone found GF Graham Crackers? I haven't found any anywhere and 1 store said they've been looking for 6 months and can't find any.

I believe most people around here make their own. There's a couple of good recipes in the Recipes section.  _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

Outside the Breadbox - I've had these and they are good, but expensive
Josefs Gluten Free - Haven't had these
Not exactly grahams, but these will do in a pinch:
Ener-G cinnamon crackers

Rachel, I had some that my dd brought home from a GF Fair last year. I can't remember the name of them, but they were almost $5 for 4 oz.
I really like the grahams that I make and so do the ones that I have made them for in our celiac support group. I sometimes take them to the meetings and they go over really well.
They may sound hard to make, but if you spray the saran wrap and lay the two sheets over the dough on the parchment paper and never try to lift the dough, it is so super easy to make. I then use the pizza cutter to make the slices. I then just slide the paper onto my cookie sheet and bake them.
I then just slide them off the cookie sheet when done and place the other half on the same way.
Way easier than cut out cookies that you lift up and put on a baking sheet. _________________

Thanks everyone.
mrsppmrxky,
Do you use one of the recipes from the ones above in Ostrich's response?
