Just wanted to share that we turned out a pretty good CF version of this loaf today. We used Whole Soy Co. Soy yogurt and Earth Balance vegan margarine. I used the lemon flavor of the yogurt instead of the plain yogurt and lemon peel. Pretty tasty if I do say so myself! _________________ -Colleen

Peg was baking today. We decided to try this recipe in bun form. She also made some dinner rolls for our Easter Brunch we're hosting.
Tweaks for this version: Peg added the lemon peel, used only 1 tbl spoon honey and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
I don't know if I ever mentioned that Peg has never added the lemon to this. Today she tried it. For all of me...I wouldn't miss it if it were gone. We've been messing with the sweetness. This version could be just a touch sweeter. That last version was just a touch sweet. _________________ Al

What did Peg bake them in? They look really good.
I'm getting ready right now to make the focaccia from Annalise Roberts book. I make it in my 9" springform, then cut it in quarters and use it for panini (sp?). It works really well that way, I don't like it so much for cold sandwiches, but grilled is good.

Several Foil Tart Pans. You can reuse them if you are careful.
I'm going to grill a burger tonight and see how the buns handle _________________ Al
