My question to Hodgson Mills:

Hi,
See that you have gluten free products, but I am wondering if those
products are produced in a dedicated GF facility?
While your products maybe naturally GF, there's an issue of cross
contamination if the GF products are produced using NGF equipment.
Thanks!

Response from Hodgson Mill dated 3/11/08:

Hodgson Mill hopes to have a dedicated gluten free line sometime in the near future.
Thank you and have a great day!

Thanks for your response!
Looking forward to that dedicated facility. Have you looked into testing your GF products for contamination? The Gluten Free Certification Organization might be something for your company to consider. In order to be certified, the product needs to contain less than 10 ppm. Come August, the government guidelines will more than likely be set at 20 ppm to be labeled as gluten free.
Thanks again!
