Another author that is good is Carol Fenster. Her books deal with people who have multiple sensitivities. There are lots of substitution ideas in them.
I have bad "Cookbook Karma" when it comes to the Roben Ryberg book. I couldn't make any of the recipes work for me, but I know others who have great results with it. _________________ -Colleen
