Gluten Experimentation results

Mother nature has been against me this month. Each time I have an appointment to go over test results the weather kicks up and the appointment gets canceled and of course you can't get in right away. So while waiting for my new appointment I did an experiment.

For a week I ate gluten each day. End result - very bad week.. lots of numbness, tingling, vibrations, headaches, fatigue, muscle spasms. Overall felt not so great.

Since Friday, no gluten, b12 & calcium and magnesium & C vitamin supplements every day.. so much improvement.. very little tingling & twitching, muscle spasms/cramps in foot much better.. I told someone today I almost feel normal.. imagine 2 weeks from now.. oh and I am not as hungry and fill up faster.

My appointment is on Wednesday to get the blood test results..if it does not show anything, I will just have to tell the doctor I feel better and why.

There's a few of us with negative blood work that still feel better on a GF diet. So if the tests come back negative, you're not alone. Please let us know when you get the results.
