Roasted veggies with chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil olive oil, sweet italian sausage (bulk and browned first) mixed over GF penne pasta. Delish!

(I'd tell you exactly how, but DH made it!) Cool

Last night it was Pot roast cooked in the pressure cooker (45 minutes at medium pressure - cooked it to a T), mashed potatoes and gravy. Green salad with fixings from the garden.

Tonight I will make vegetable beef soup with the leftover roast, peas and carrots from the garden and round the soup out with whatever veggies we have in the fridge. Chebe and green salad with assorted Kraft dressings wil round out the meal. Raspberry and yogurt parfaits for dessert.

Would you like me better if I told you that last night's mashed potatoes were the fake just add water kind? Very Happy

LOL! I thought for sure those things would have gluten. I'm a little surprised by the pot roast too. Around here that's "winter food".

It was rainy and cold yesterday, so it felt like winter. My DH is also a meat and potatoes guy, so he is always glad to have a big slab of cow staring up at him from the plate.
