Hi
This is the first time I have posted on your forum.
I have been gf, for 2 1/2 years. Then went soy, casein, dairy free.
I have found going off Night shades and deleting the foods left that were high in oxalates helping so much. I also take calcium caltrate D with meals the help 'dump' the build up of these oxalate crystals.
Has anyone else found this helpfull?

Hi, Judy. Glad you found us. There are several people on the board that avoid nightshades. I am not one of them so can't speak to their experiences. Hopefully one of them will chime in with their experiences.
Hope you get the answers you need. I mostly just wanted to post to welcome you aboard. _________________ -Colleen
