Last night I had fat topped with fat, fat and more fat. It was a grilled bacon cheeseburger with lettucce, tomato and mayo. I also had some fresh avocado and cherries. I'm glad that I rarely crave fat to that extent.

this week i have made sweet and sour chicken--mmmmm, delicious, and yes walmart sells gluten free soy sauce, although i think the tamari is better, ah well. last night i made pizza---also delicious on my new stones, and i have learned to make pasta from scratch, so spaghetti is also on the menu this week, and today it will be leftover pizza and maybe something more simple tonight like burgers and tots:) some pics of my food:)

this whole cooking gluten free has gotten really fun. i have been experimenting with all kinds of things. seems like we are not gluten free at all. the other day we were in a circle k and my son asked for doughnuts i said sure, my husband looked at me like i was crazy!! i said oh no honey i forgot those are gluten!!! i just feel so normal now its cool. just have to remember when i go out that our diet is different. cant believe that went right over my head. i did find that bashas sells all kinds of gf stuff!! even flat bread that is delicious with sandwiches and tastes much better than any other bread on the market---to me anyways:)

hope you guys like the pics, i seem to be taking pics of my food lately, crazy hugh Laughing

that's so cruel...I'm sitting here drooling as I look at those pictures. Smile Glad you're having fun with it. I get the same way sometimes where I make all of my own treats and then when I go out, I forget that I can't have certain things.
