Not sure I spelled that right, but this is an excellent grain for Celiac and Vegetarians. This grain has been reported as having more protein than beef. I use it like rice or like couscous. _________________ Never let your fears become the bounderies of your dreams! |

I've heard a lot about Quinoa, I didn't realise it had so much protein in it. Might have to try it in some meals, thanks for the info  _________________ - Amy
