We always appreciate hearing from our valued guests. According to my research the following TacoTime food items or ingredients would not contain gluten: Corn Tortillas used for Crisp Taco Shells and Taco Chips Cheddar Cheese Pepperjack Cheese Taco Meat Shredded Beef Chicken Lettuce Tomatoes Onions Refritos (Cooked Pinto Beans) Rice Mexi-Fries & Cheddar Fries Guacamole Sour Cream Original Hot Sauce Ketchup Salsa Fresca Salsa Verde Green Sauce Please be aware that the Mexi-Fries and Stuffed Fries, as well at the Taco Shells and Taco Chips are fried in the same oil that gluten-containing products, such as flour tortillas, are fried in. Please be advised that this is NOT A GUARANTEE of the absence of gluten and that this list is subject to change at any time.
