Ok, so as I mentioned earlier, my boyfriend and I are new to this whole GF cooking thing. I'm not a cook at all, but he loves to cook. (I think it's the Italian in him! )
In any event, he made an awesome dinner last night!!
He went to the store (A&P) and got some chicken sausage (one package with basil and tomato, the other with parmesan and basil). He was so cute, because he called me from the store to make sure everything he bought was GF for me.
So, he grilled the sausage and made some veggie kebabs with red, yellow, and orange peppers with grape tomatoes and pearl onions. He also grilled some asparagus.
Just had to share--you really can have a GF dinner at home that is REALLY yummy!!!! _________________ ~Torrey
